The Buildings and Services team are responsible for planning, developing, managing and maintaining all University assets.

The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the effective and efficient delivery and completion of

The ECU Health Centre Yanchep project in a professional manner, while ensuring the achievement of objectives and outcomes for Digital and Campus Services and the University.

Required Skills and Experience

Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience, or relevant tertiary qualification with extensive management experience and proven management expertise.

Experience:
Experience in planning, scheduling and managing timelines and milestones to ensure the smooth delivery of minor capital works and improvement projects.

Experience in reporting on project progress and financial performance.

Must have a sound knowledge of all aspects of project management including MS Project etc

Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, particularly the Building Code of Australia, OSH and contracts such as AS2124, AS4000.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Benefits & Remuneration

This 2 year fixed term contract position attracts remuneration of $93,378 - $104,628 (HEW 7) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
